Signup

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Order

Shopping Cart Checkout & Order Confirmation

  • All orders placed on our website are deemed the customer's responsibility. If you choose to do a Quick checkout from our shopping cart- Please be aware that you will not receive an order confirmation as we are not collecting your email information which means our system does NOT have an email address to respond back to.
  • If you are uncertain if an order was submitted, please contact customer service at biblezone.in@gmail.com or +91-9731292424 or sign in to my account to view orders that you have placed. You can only sign into your account if you have registered with our shopping cart.
  • Customer Service will happily take down your information and let you know if you have ordered more than once. Failure to report an order problem within a 2 hour time period could result in your order being processed more than once, If this happens, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the additional orders, therefore we do not issue refunds.

Reporting Errors or Orders Not Received

  • If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any errors made by BIBLEZONE must be reported to us BY PHONE within 7 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order. If your order is misprinted or damaged, we will happily replace the EXACT order you placed and promptly ship it to you. You do not have the option to alter wording, color choice, style number, etc…
  • Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 3days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 3 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, BIBLEZONE will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order.
  • There are no exceptions to this policy.

Requesting A Change To Your Order

  • Once an order is placed via phone, mail, fax or web, we are unable to change or cancel that order. Since it is impossible to predict when an order that has been mailed to us will arrive, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to ANY orders mailed to us. Please always double check your orders, especially ones you mail, as you will still be charged even if you have made an error. We will not issue any credits or remakes under any circumstances for any errors the customer makes on an order.

Payment

The site currently uses Paytm, Bank Transfer, Paypal also COD to collect payments against the orders placed in the website. In case of any difficulty in processing payments or technical glitches in the payment done, please share the details to our email id and phone number mentioned in the website immediately. We will check the payment status and will revert you shortly. 

Shipping

  • Shipping fee: Free: Shipping fee is free regardless of the price.

    We use Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post for Indian orders. 


    For International Shipments we use DHL, EMS, and FedEx. All orders take 5-7 working days to dispatch as every order.

    Once the order is dispatched the tracking details are sent automatically to the registered email id and phone number.

Exchanges/Returns

At BIBLEZONE, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience and products as much as we do! Our team guarantees quality products and efforts put in by our members. 


We are proud of the best quality products we send out, but under certain circumstances, we have exchanged products that have been defective or damaged while shipping. If a product arrives at your doorstep, broken or in an unusable condition, we will replace the product free of charge. If we are unable to exchange the product due to high demand, we will offer store credit. 


When you place an order, you will be asked to confirm certain details like the item’s size, design, model, and spelling. Failure to provide accurate information does not qualify for exchange or returns. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, and models.

How do I cancel my order? 

You can only cancel your order if we still haven't taken the product to production. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped out. Send us an email at biblezone.in@gmail.com with your cancellation request. 


Exchange or Store credit? 

Items that go through our store after payment are finalized and are eligible for exchange only when the product arrives at your doorstep in a damaged, broken, defective, or not usable condition. 


Products being returned for store credit must be intact, unused, and should be sent back in the original packaging. 


You will be asked to confirm all details before return, including the size, model, and other specifications of the product. Incorrect sizes and designs that have been voluntarily ordered cannot be exchanged. If you have further queries related to your product contact biblezone.in@gmail.com 


How do I claim a store credit or exchange? 

To opt for store credit or exchange contact biblezone.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. It is important you contact us first and then decide to return the damaged product. Items received for exchange are inspected to assure if it’s qualified for return. Merchandise that does not meet the criteria and does not qualify for return cannot be exchanged, and thus, a store credit cannot be initiated. 


Am I responsible for shipping costs? 

Once you have placed your order with us, you are responsible for all return shipping costs with reference to the same tracking number as per the order. 

As per our return policy, you are completely responsible for the shipping cost on returning products to us. For additional information and assistance on our return policies, please contact  biblezone.in@gmail.com 


When do I receive my store credit or exchange? 

Store credit will be issued once the product is inspected by our team and it should meet the qualifications for store credit or exchanged. This usually can take up to 7 business days.

Refunds

If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at biblezone.in@gmail.com or on call on +91-9731292424 (9:30AM-6:30PM, Monday - Friday). 


You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos of unpacking the products. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days after receiving the damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition.

By signing up for our loyalty programs (BIBLEZONE), you consent to our processing of the following personal information on you: name, email and postal code for BIBLEZONE, for the purpose of analyzing which products and services you may be interested in so that we can send relevant and targeted offers, discounts, updates on BIBLEZONE and newsletters (marketing materials) to you by email based on such an analysis.

In connection with the above, we process the following types of personal data: [your name, address, email address, phone number and postal code].

We will retain your purchase history and use details of the products you have previously purchased to make suggestions to you for other products which we believe you will also be interested in.

Also, we collect and process personal data on you (including: name, addres, phone number, email and postal code), if you enroll in one of our loyalty or marketing programs. We process this information in order to create loyalty and create benefits for you by choosing us.
